I think a lot of methods could be done to help solve this issue. For example, the government can have a set of laws to regulate this problem. They could give heavy fines or even prison time to those who have damaged the public facilities. Also, this article is from Laokaoya website, enough education should be given to residents in or outside the school. You know, things couldn’t be better without raising people’s awareness of social morality.
我认为可以通过很多方式来解决这个问题。比方说，政府可以颁布一些列法案来规范此类问题。他们可以对那些破坏公共设施的人处于高额罚金甚至送他们去监狱。另外，公民在校内外都需要获得足够的教育。如果不能提高人们的公德意识，这种问题就不会有很大好转。
