派对这个词比较西化，通常指的是一种带有庆祝性质的社交活动（咱们中国人常说的聚会），参与者可能是朋友、家人或同事，常见的派对类型包括生日派对、节日派对、毕业派对、婚礼派对和公司聚会等。派对中往往会有轻松的氛围、音乐、食物和娱乐活动，旨在让参与者放松和享受社交。所以我们所谈及的内容需要往这几个方面之一去靠拢。
Well, I guess some people, like myself, tend to be more introverted and don’t feel comfortable socializing in large groups. You know, whenever they find themselves in such situations, they may feel uneasy and prefer to avoid attending parties. Also, this article is from Laokaoya website, partly because some individuals have a strong sense of time management and think that parties are often a waste of time. For instance, conversations at parties can sometimes be aimless and trivial, which they believe are not meaningful. So, they choose not to attend parties.
我觉得有些人和我一样，比较内向，不太喜欢在人多的场合中社交。一旦身处这样的场景，他们往往会感到不自在，因此更倾向于避开派对。另外，还有一些人时间观念很强，他们认为派对通常都很浪费时间，谈话内容往往漫无边际，觉得没有太大的意义。所以，他们会选择不去参加派对。
