Describe a person you met at a party who you enjoyed talking with

I am going to tell you about a conversation I had with Xiaoming, who comes from the same university as me, but from different schools. While I am doing a degree in XXX, he is majoring in physics, a subject that had plagued me throughout high school and I have zero interest in. He is a nice, kind boy, always wearing a smile on his face, and very approachable.
It was at a party organized by the Scientific Fiction Association of my college. While wandering in the hall, I noticed him watching a video on his cellphone. It was The Wandering Earth, my favorite. Set in the far future, it follows a group of astronauts and rescue workers guiding the Earth away from an expanding Sun and attempting to prevent a collision with Jupiter. Naturally, I asked him how he felt about this movie.
We picked on the logical loopholes in the plot, admired the exceptional courage and morality the characters demonstrated in extreme conditions, and wondered what we could do this article is from laokaoya website if we were in the same situation. But what we talked about the most was the collectivism this movie conveyed. You know, unlike traditional American or European scientific fiction films, where only the hero does the right thing, every character in this movie, even those without names, makes his or her contribution to the final success.
I think this conversation was interesting partly because we were both keen on this movie. But more importantly, it is because we always share a similar opinion towards the behaviors of characters.
