A time I moved to a new home happened just last month which was actually in a peak season for home moving.
一次我新家的经历发生在上个月，那个月其实是个搬家旺季。
I moved to Weigongcun, which is near the Third Ring Road of Beijing. It is one of the most congested places in Haidian District as lots of white-collars and college students are also living there.
我搬到了魏公村，距离北京的三环很近。它是海淀区最拥挤的一个地方之一。因为，很多的白领还有大学生也住在那里。
The main reason why I moved there was that one of the roommates who shared the last apartment with me decided to study abroad, and I couldn’t find another suitable tenant to take his place during the covid period. So, this article is from Laokaoya website, I had to move out to find another one. Plus, it was a headache to live far away from my school/workplace as I had to spend hours commuting every day. So, I wanted to move to a place that can help me alleviate this problem.
我帮到那里的主要原因就是和我合租的一位室友决定出国读书了，而我在疫情期间无法找到一位合适的租客。所以，我不得不搬到另外一个地方去。另外，住在距离学校/公司很远的地方很头疼，每天通勤要花费很多个小时。所以，我想搬到一个能够缓解这个问题的地方。
Well, even though the surrounding places were crowded and the room was smaller than my previous one, I felt quite comfortable living there. You know, I can have easier access to public transport, the grocery stores and a public park where I can take a walk during the weekends to loosen up. I really hope I could enjoy this kind of convenience forever and no longer need to move out again.
虽然周围的地方很拥挤，我的房间也比之前的要小，但是我在那里住得很舒适。我能够更加容易搭乘公交站车，更容易去百货超市，那里还有个我可以每周末去散步放松的公园。我真的希望我可以一直享受这个便利性然后再也不用搬家了。
