In an integrating economy, working overseas is increasingly prevalent all over the world. Along with the rapid development of this tendency, parents tend to bring other family members with them to live abroad. In my opinion, I strongly believe that the benefits of this trend outnumber its drawbacks.
在一体化的经济中，海外工作在全世界都变得越来越普遍。伴随这一快速发展趋势的是，父母倾向于带着其他家庭成员一起居住在国外。在我看来，我认为这一趋势的好处要超过其坏处。
优势所在
To begin with, it is undoubtedly true that taking their family members with them could bring about plenty of beneficial impacts on their lives and children. First and foremost, people, who have to work far from their families, are likely to be suffered from loneliness and melancholy leading to an impairment in the quality of life and work performance. Therefore, the coming of other family members not only motivates them to work harder but also improves the standard of living effectively. Furthermore, when living in developed countries, especially America, the UK and Finland, their children would have opportunities to study in the high-quality education system with highly competent teachers and a wide range of school facilities. They are prepared for lifelong education as well as formal learning of reading and mathematics. As a result, children have a great start for their future.

Nonetheless, it is argued by some people that bringing families together also have disadvantages. Firstly, some people may find hard to adapt themselves to the unfamiliar environment due to the different cultures, weather and language restriction. As a consequence, hardly can they make friends with anyone causing isolation and depression. Besides, there are some arguments that taking families with them would create high pressure on the family budget, especially in single-income families. It is because the cost of living overseas is normally higher than that of domestic, which means the increase of conflicts in the family.
然而，一些人认为举家迁徙也会有一些缺陷。首先，由于不同的文化，天气和语言限制，一些人发现自己适应不熟悉的环境很困难。这样一来，他们很难交道朋友，引发孤立和抑郁。除此之外，也有一些观点认为举家迁徙会给家庭财政带来更大的压力，尤其是对于单一收入家庭。这是因为居住在海外的花费通常会比国内高。这意味这家庭冲突可能会上升。

In summary, although bringing family trend has its drawbacks, I honestly think that family is inevitably a fundamental part of everyone’s life so advantages seem to outweigh the disadvantages.
