雅思口语part3：What’s the standard of being polite? 讲礼貌的标准是什么？
口语考试第三部分所涉及到的与礼节相关的问题会比较深入。当问题抛出来的时候，大家需要在短短两三秒内立马给出回答，因此没什么时间思考。不过，通常情况下，首个P3问题都不会太过为难大家。问题基本上属于比较general的那种，大家可以按照自己的想法去解释/下定义/给个人见解等等，只需要言之有理，在表达中符合英语表达逻辑即可。
What’s the standard of being polite?
Well, the way I see it, the most fundamental criterion of politeness is being aware of and respecting the feelings of other people. You know, people would feel comfortable when they are understood and respected by others. This behavior gives them enough space and time to feel safe and thus better coexist with their surroundings including people that they interact with. This article is from Laokaoya website. Otherwise, you know, conflicts may result from misunderstandings, which is the bane to interpersonal relationships. And, I bet nobody would wish to see that happen, right?
在我看来，讲礼貌的最基本标准就是意识到他人的感受并且能够尊重他人的感受。人在被他人所理解并且尊重的时候会感到很舒服。这种行为能够给予他们足够的时间和空间来让自己感受到安全感从而能够更好地与周遭环境和人更好的共处下去。不然的话，我们会因为误解而产生冲突，这对人际关系来说是不好的。我猜，也没人愿意看到这种事情发生，对吧。
