A piece of equipment that I think is essential in my home is actually the refrigerator produced by Haier, which is one of the most well-received brands in China.
一件我家里很重要的设备是一台电冰箱。它是由中国的著名品牌商海尔生产的。
It is a side-by-side refrigerator that is about 2 meters tall and around one meter wide, which is bigger than most single-door ones. Our family bought this right after the covid-19 outbreak on JD, which was an online shopping platform that gave us a 10% discount.
这是一个双开的电冰箱，大概两米高一米宽，比大多数的单门冰箱要大。我们家是在疫情刚爆发的时候在JD上买的，这个网络购物平台给了我们百分之十的折扣。
Well, I use it with my parents as they are working from home. And, we use it literally every day. It seems like we can’t live without it. You know, this article is from Laokaoya website, all our daily meals and drinks are stored safely in that container. I should say, it is a life-saver for us during the pandemic as we won’t go out to places like grocery stores often to hunt for food.

The main reason why I feel that it is crucial to our lives is that it saves us a lot of time.
