Which part of your country do you want to live in? 你想要居住在自己国家的哪一部分？
My hometown. I was born, upbrought and educated there. I am familiar with every corner, keen on its food, and know pretty well about the temper of natives. It is the only place around the world that really comforts me and makes me lower my guard.
我的家乡。我在那里出生，成长和接受教育。我熟悉它的每个角落，喜欢它的食物，了解当地人的脾气。这是世界上唯一一个能抚慰我，让我放下戒备的地方。
What makes you feel proud of your country? 什么让你对自己的国家感到骄傲？
A lot of things. But most recently, it is the great efforts it has made to alleviate poverty. Despite its astonishingly rapid economic growth in the last decades, this article is from Laokaoya website, there are still millions of people struggling in plight. Instead of leaving them behind and letting the wealth gap widen, the government has poured enormous money to improve their situation.

Yes, I think so. History has always been one of the compulsory courses ever since my first year in primary school, and I should say I am pretty good at it. I know every dynasty that used to exist, most of their kings, the various wars under their reign and significant inventions that either advanced the technology or improved people’s living standard.

I may temporarily leave it in the next few years to further my study in a foreign university. But once I finish, I will come back. After all, my parents, my friends and everything I am familiar with are still here.
