剑桥雅思9听力第二套题目第四部分由10道提纲型填空题组成。整体难度不算太大，但因为左边一栏的提示词高度相似，再加上部分题目空前词替换幅度较大，还是有一定可能会漏过答案的。大家在做题的时候可以多注意下重读与停顿。下面是具体每道题目的答案解析。

第31题答案：central

对应原文：It’s the type of culture that needs a central source of power to be effective

答案解析：听到small意识到答案即将到来，录音对题干中的词汇顺序稍微进行了调整，不过并没有进行任何同义替换，还是比较容易锁定答案的。

第32题答案：conversation/conversations

对应原文：Another characteristic is that communication usually takes the form of conversations rather than, say, formal meetings or written memos

答案解析：听到communication意识到答案即将到来。不过conversations与communication距离较近，不少同学因为惯性思维的问题，可能会把后面的meetings当成答案。
