Well, the city I have been to and would like to visit again is Xining, which is a city located in the northwest of China and is also the capital city of Qinghai Province.
我去过而且还想再去的地方是西宁，它位于中国的西北部，也是青海省的省会城市。
I first got to know this place from an intimate friend of mine during the first year of my college. At that time, my friend and I were both studying in Xi’an, which was not too far from Xining. So, he suggested that we could go travelling there during the National Day holiday, and we booked the cheapest train tickets to get there because we wanted to make the most of our little budget.
我第一次了解到这个地方是大一那会儿，从我一个好友那里。那会儿，我和我朋友都在西安读书，距离西宁不是很远。所以，他建议我们在十一国庆节的时候去那里旅游去，然后我们预定好了最便宜的火车票，因为我们的预算不多，需要好好利用。
Honestly, I knew nothing about that city at the very beginning. It was the trip that really gave me a lively course of the local culture and the cuisine there. We went to the Taersi, which was this article is from Laokaoya website the most famous religious temple in Xining, and also the Qinghai Lake, which was supposed to be the largest lake in China. If you were planning to go there, Qinghai Lake would be a must-see scenic spot to go. You know it had such a breathtaking natural scenery that I really wanted to spend more time to appreciate.
说实话，我一开始对那座城市完全不了解。是去那里旅行的时候我才了解到了这座城市的文化和美食。我们去了塔尔寺，它是西宁最出名的宗教寺庙，还有中国最大的湖泊-青海湖。如果你要去那里的话，青海湖是一个必看景点，那里的自然风光真是太美丽了，我真想多花点时间去欣赏它。
To my experience, people in Xining are super nice, and you can expect a special culture influenced by the local religion there, which I think is probably the main reason why it’s an interesting city. I really hope I could have a chance to visit there again with my friends in the future.
我的感觉，西宁的人民非常的好，你会体验到一种受到当地宗教影响的文化，很特别。这大概就是为什么我觉得这座城市十分有意思的原因了。我真希望我以后还能有机会和朋友再次去那里玩。
