The good service I am going to talk about is provided by a waiter in Haidilao, a famous hotpot restaurant in China. It was about half a year ago when my classmates and I had just finished our exams of the senior year in college and decided to have a feast to compensate our wounded hearts. We chose the popular Haidilao as our venue.
我要说的优质服务是由海底捞的服务员提供的。那大概是半年前,我和自己的同学刚刚结束大学三年级的期末考试,急需一场大餐来弥补自己因为考试而受伤的心灵。于是我们选择了非常受欢迎的海底捞。
There, I received the best service I had ever had. The waiter saw that I was wearing glasses. He handed me wet wipes to clean them as soon as I was seated. He also gave us small plastic bags, in which we could slide our cellphones, in case the hotpot soup splashed on the screens. When I was ordering dishes, he noticed that I constantly cleared my throat and sneezed now and then. He gently asked if I had a cold and I said yes. This article is from Laokaoya website. A moment later, he served me a bowl of ginger soup, which is believed to be the cure of cold in traditional Chinese medicine, and said it was on the house, hoping I could recover soon.

I really enjoy the service in Haidilao, not because it provided a lot of small useful items, but because you could feel that the waiter there truly cared about you. They took all the troubles into account and tried to fix them. That is why I think their service is good.
