Well, the most obvious benefit for the employers of having unpaid volunteer workers is that volunteers don’t get paid for what they do, which will greatly reduce the company’s budget. Also, thier enthusiasm is bigger than the full-time employees in the companies, because they simple do it out of their love. Sometimes, volunteers can do better job than those full-time workers when it comes to some basic work. It’s a great alternative for employment a company.
