A person who taught me something was my sister-in-law, named Wang, who worked in a multinational corporation in France.

She was actually my aunt’s daughter who was 8 years older than me. My mom always said I should learn from her in every aspect of life because she was versatile and had great work and life balance.

You know, one effective way of learning the language was to blurt it out! I did it by her guidance, and I felt better each time I talk to others in French.

Well, her teaching method was kind of interesting, and I felt a great sense of accomplishment. You know, if I continued cramming for the French vocab and grammar without practicing with real people, I wouldn’t have had such great improvement in speaking. I really appreciated her teaching.
