I think that it is quite essential for companies to make the working hours clear to all its staff. Fixed daily hours of working can bring people higher working efficiency. If they know how many hours they need to work, they could make proper adjustment for their tasks that are set to be accomplished before getting out of the company. Otherwise, they would probably procrastinate forever!
