Write a letter to your neighbours. In your letter:

I have to get up before 6.00 am to prepare breakfast for my family, then take my daughter to her school and finally drive to my office. Interrupted sleep or lack of sound sleep leaves me dizzy the next day and this hurts my performance in my office.
一个多星期以前您家的狗就开始在夜晚大声叫喊，我不知道是为啥！我刚把我还在上学的女儿弄上床自己也尝试闭上眼睛，我就能听到那种震耳欲聋的噪音，这让我无法入睡。我必须早上六点起床然后为我的家庭准备早餐，然后送我的女儿去上学最后开车去我的办公室。睡觉被打搅或者缺乏睡眠会让我第二天感到头晕，这会影响到我在办公室的表现。
You are great neighbours in every aspect and I am sure you will feel my stress regarding this. I do not own a pet and cannot advise you what should be done but I guess taking the dog to a specialist might be a good idea.
