Well, the way I see it, it’s definitely an unpolite behavior. They bother others in a way that looks quite obnoxious to strangers. You know, while people are takin chance to nap a little from their busy and tiring commute, someone is talking out loud as if nobody exists. It makes the passengers feel even more exhausted, which would definitely affect their coming work. Also, this article is from Laokaoya website, people who talk aloud are uneducated in terms of courtesy in the public. This could not only leave a bad impression on other passengers but also might ruin the city’s image.
我认为这绝对是一个不礼貌的行为。他们以一种非常让人烦的方式打扰了陌生人。当人们在繁忙而又累人的旅途中想抓紧机会去小憩一下的时候，却听到有人在大声喧哗，这些人感觉其他人都不存在似的，这让乘客们感觉到更加的累人，也会影响到他们接下来的工作。另外，在公共场合大声说话的人一般都没有接触过公共礼仪方面的教育。这不仅仅给旅客们带来了不好印象，也会毁掉整个城市的形象。
