You have received a letter from your bank, asking you to acknowledge receipt of a new bank card. However, the card was missing from the envelope. 你从你的一行收到了一封信，请求你收件确认银行卡收据。不过，信封里的银行卡没看见。
Write a letter to the bank’s head office. In your letter: 写一封信给银行总办公室。在你的信中：
» explain why you are writing 解释为什么你要写此封信件
» express concern about the missing card 表达你对丢失的卡的顾虑
» ask them what they intend to do询问他们会怎么处理

Also, take measures to stop any misuse of the lost card.
