You are going to study at a college in the UK next year. You would like to stay in the college Hall of Residence.你打算明年去英国的一个学院读书。你想住在学院的宿舍楼里。
Write a letter to the college giving your accommodation requirements. You should outline what your room and food needs are and also ask what alternatives are available if they cannot provide what you want.写一封信给学院，告诉他们你对住宿方面的要求。需要写清楚你对房间的大致要求，对事物的需求并且可以询问一下如果他们无法提供自己需要的要求的话，有哪些可供选择的方案？

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have been accepted in the MBA course for the next academic year in your prestigious college. I am writing to inquire about suitable accommodation in the college Hall of Residence as I want to reserve it before I travel to the UK to join my classes.
我目前已经被贵校明年的MBA课程录取了。写此信想了解一下在学校宿舍是否有合适的住宿因为我想在我来英国上课之前就预定一下。
I am looking for a single room with attached bathroom and laundry facility. The room should be fully furnished and have good ventilation and ample natural light. Since I am a vegetarian, I would like to cook my own food, so accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen would be mandatory.
