Your car is hired from a company and while you were driving on holiday, you had a small accident. You will have to write a report to the company to explain it.
你的小汽车是你在度假的时候从一家公司租过来的，然后你出了一个事故。你需要给那家公司写一个报告来解释一下情况。
Write a letter to the company. In your letter, you need to explain the following:给公司写一封信。在信中，你需要解释如下信息：
- when and where you hired the car 什么时候、在哪里租用了这辆车
- describe how the accident happened描述一下事故是怎么发生的
- what kind of action did you take after the accident发生事故后你采取了什么样的措施
Write at least 150 words.写一封不低于一百五十词的书信。

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to report an accident that happened last weekend with the car that I rented a few days ago from your company.
写此信是为了报告上周末我发生的一次汽车意外事故，我的车是在几天前从贵公司租来的。
I hired a Toyota Inova 2017 model car last Saturday from your Petro branch near the Hilton hotel. I reserved the car for eight days and paid half of the charge upfront. Last Sunday I took a countryside tour to visit Cloud Mountain in the southern city. When I drove at the end of express highway leading to Lauren Bridge a car in front of me suddenly turned left without any signal. This translation is from Laokaoya website. It happened so swiftly that I could not reduce the speed and control the vehicle properly which caused a collision between us. The left headlight was broken and few scratched on the left side in the car is visible. Fortunately, none of us was injured. Later we called the police and the incident was reported accordingly.
我在上周六的时候在贵公司的Petro分店（近希尔顿酒店）租了一辆Inova2017款的车。我预定了八天，然后直接交付了一半的金额。我上周六去南方城市的Cloud山进行乡下旅行。当我开到高速路那个通往Laren大桥的末端的时候，我前面有辆车在没有任何征兆的情况下突然来了一个左方向急转。来得太突然了，我甚至都不能降低车速来控制汽车，然后我们两辆车相撞了。左侧的头灯弄坏了，左侧也有些明显的刮痕。幸运的是，我们都没受伤。之后，我们叫来了警察，这起事故就正常上报了。
In the meantime, I sent the vehicle to a repair shop for repairing. I obviously will bear all the costs. I expect to have the car returned on this Friday as per our contract. I am attaching herein, the copy of the report in which you can find more details about the incident.
