这道题通常出现在口语第三部分前几问中，考察考生对大情况的判断和描述，考生即便不知道国家层面的真实情况，也要根据自己的推理或者已有的证据来表达观点，这中间到底是家长还是学校起到的最关键的作用并不重要，重点是清晰阐述自己的想法。
Well, I think children are mostly asked by their parents to read. Parents are always concerned about the future development of their kids. They have higher expectations on their children than schools do. Even though sometimes parents are less educated than their kids and can’t give proper guidance on reading, this article is from Laokaoya website, parents still constantly send reminders to their kids to read as much as they could.
我认为孩子们大多数情况下是被父母督促阅读的。父母总是很关心孩子们的未来发展。他们相比学校对孩子有着更高的期盼。即便是在有些时候家长们比孩子受到的教育要少，不能给孩子在阅读上一些合适的指导，但是父母们还是会不停地提醒孩子们尽量多读书。
