雅思口语Part3: What kind of exercises do Chinese people like?

中国人喜欢什么样的方式来锻炼身体?

在中国,有很多种方式来锻炼身体。你也许有所了解,太极拳现在在中国就是一种非常受欢迎的锻炼方式之一,它是中国非常传统的一种武术。不管老幼,都或多或少在学校或者从长辈那里学到过几手。我觉得太极拳的动作特别的帅气,而且作为一种锻炼的方式,它对每个人来说都很健康。

In China, we have a range of exercises that are favored by different people. As you might probably know, Taichi, which is a very traditional Chinese martial art, now turns out to be one of the most popular exercises in China. People, no matter young or old, must have picked up some in school or been taught by their senior family members. I think the movements of Taichi are awesome and it’s definitely a very healthy sports activity for everyone.
