If you were a parent and you were busy at work, would you take care of your children on your own or hire a babysitter?

-If I was a very busy parent who doesn’t have enough time to take care of my children, I would definitely have them taken care of. I don’t think my parents would be the perfect ones to take care of my children. Because I always complained the traditional Chinese way of looking after the kids when I became an adult. – I don’t think it’s quite fair to let mothers take care of the kids. I am a person who is extremely against the idea of letting kids’ mothers act as the main role of taking care of themselves not only because of heavy burn but also their mothers’ a lack of improving early childhood education if not supported or communicated with other professionals or even their husbands. Also, don’t you think it’s a good idea to let the one who is more capable to take care of them instead of following the traditional mothers being the housewife type custom?
