Well, the situation here in China is quite different from that in western countries. Most of us live in apartments. This is especially quite common in towns and cities. The main reason for this is probably that China is densely populated. We don’t have enough space for most of us to have a house. Plus, a house is relatively expensive than apartments to most Chinese.
在中国，这个情况相比西方其它国家还是比较特殊的。大多数人都居住在公寓类的房子里面。尤其是在大小的城镇十分的常见。这种现象的主要原因还是归结于中国是一个人口密集的国家，我们没有太多的空间让大多数人住上独栋的房子。另外，对于大多数的中国人来说，独栋房子相对于公寓式的房子还是太贵了。
