China has got a lot of places of interests and sometimes it’s hard to even make a list of them. But, to my knowledge, some historical sites are quite popular among travelers from home and abroad. For instance, the well-known Great Wall in Beijing and the Terra Cotta Warriors in Xi’an, which some westerners name it as the City of Old. I guess the reason why countless visitors went there every year is that those are the symbolic sites of the long history of China.
中国许许多多的风景名胜，有时候还真难说具体都是啥。不过，我所了解到的情况来看，有些风景区的确是名扬海内外。比方说，世人皆知的北京长城，还有兵马俑，兵马俑在西安，又被很多西方人称之为古城。我觉得无数的游客这么喜欢去这些地方的原因是因为他们都是中国长久历史的一个代表。
