Do you often do housework at home?
你经常在家里面做家务活吗？
Honestly speaking, I actually do little housework at home. It’s not only because I am kind of a lazy man, but also my parents usually have someone clean our home every month. So, there’s little chance for me to do so.
坦白而言，我几乎在家里就不怎么做家务活 
不仅仅是我个人比较懒惰，而且我父母每周都会请人来我们家做家务，所以我做家务的机会就更少了。 
Do you think men and women should share housework?
你认为男人和女人们应该共同分担家务活吗?
I think men and women should take the responsibility of doing housework. Becuase they are living in the same family and family means that there’s a lot of things or tasks that could not possibly be separated as individuals. So if they both do the housework, some family conflicts would be avoided.

What kinds of housework do you dislike to do?
什么样的家务活你不喜欢？
I don’t quite enjoy sweeping the floor. Because it is such a tiring job to do. I have to pull and push mop hundreds of times before making every corner of the floor clean. I always get exhausted after doing this thing.
Did you help your parents do housework when you were young?
在你年轻的时候，你帮过你父母做过家务活没？
Yes, I did a lot of housework at home, I mean, not the job of cleaning the floor, but some tasks like washing the dishes, which was my favorite during that time. Becuase I always got a sense of achievement when I helped every family members clean their own bowls.
Do you think it’s important for children to do some housework?
小孩子做家务活，你觉得重不重要？
I think it’s essential for children to do some housework. Because it’s a good way for them to experience real life and get to know how hard it is for parents to take care of the whole family.
