You recently stayed in a hotel in a large city. The weather was very unusual for the time of year and the heating/cooling system in the hotel was quite inadequate. 你最近在一座大城市的酒店里住过。和往年相比，那时的天气非常异常，另外，酒店里的供热/制冷系统供给十分不充分。
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter给酒店的经理写一封信，在信件中，
- give details of what was wrong 描述一下出错的细节

- say what action you would like the manager to take表达清楚你想要经理采取什么行动

Dear Sir or Madam,
最近的先生、女士，
I have recently stayed in your hotel – ibis Hotel Heidelberg, for about a week. The temperature was unusually higher during this period and unfortunately, the air conditioner in my room was not fully operational. I am writing this letter to complain about the bad experience I have had due to this and would like you to take steps so that it does not happen again.
我最近在贵酒店-宜必思海德堡酒店居住了大概一周的时间。那时候的天气比往常要格外的高，糟糕的是，我酒店的空调还不太能正常运行。写此信是为了抱怨此次糟糕的经历，鉴于此，我希望您能够采取相关措施防止此类事情再次发生。
I checked into the hotel at midnight on 14th July and straightaway went to bed. However, after turning the air conditioner on, I realised that the room was not getting cooler and the room temperature was peculiarly high.

Subsequently, I called the hotel staff to solve the problem but they could not do anything. Moreover, no other room was available. I had to sleep in skimpy clothes, which I do not prefer, to overcome the heat. Noise from the street came through the open windows and my sleep was disrupted.
